Safety net standard requirements
1. Production requirements of safety net
Safety net is a special labor protection product involving national property and personal safety. Products must be inspected by the state-designated supervision and inspection department and obtained a production license before it can be produced. Each batch of safety net shall have a label at the factory, on which shall be a permanent sign, including: name of the manufacturer, date of manufacture, batch number, material, specification, weight and production license number.
2.Safety net performance requirements
The safety net is divided into horizontal net, vertical net, dense mesh safety net. The safety net is mainly composed of side ropes, tethers, tendons and net ropes. The dense mesh safety net consists of mesh body, buckle, side rope and an additional tether.
The physical and mechanical properties of safety nets are the main indicators for judging the quality of safety nets. It includes the breaking strength of side rope, tether, net rope, and rib rope.
Dense mesh safety net mainly includes: fracture strength, fracture elongation, joint tensile strength, tear strength, penetration resistance, aging fracture strength retention rate and other properties.
Both horizontal and vertical nets should be impact resistant. The vertical net cannot replace the horizontal net, and the horizontal net or the vertical net should be selected according to the construction needs and the load height. The load strength of the horizontal net is greater than that of the vertical net. The materials used are more and the weight is greater than the vertical net. Under normal circumstances, the flat net is greater than 5.5kg, and the vertical net is greater than 2.5kg.
The safety net mainly uses open-air working places. Therefore, it must be weather-resistant. The weather resistant materials are mainly nylon, vinylon and polyester. The materials used in the same net should be the same, the wet-dry strength ratio should be greater than 75%, and the total weight of each net should not exceed 15kg.
3.Safety net specification requirements
The width of the flat net shall not be less than 3m, and the width of the vertical network and dense mesh safety net shall not be less than 1.2m.
The rope length shall not be less than 0.8m.
The distance between the safety net lashing rope and the lashing rope shall not be more than 0.75m.
The distance between the safety net rope and the rope shall not be more than 0.45m. The distance between the safety net rope and the rope shall not be too small. Generally, the distance shall be more than 0.3m.
Safety nets can be divided into manual and mechanical braiding.
Mechanical braiding can be divided into knotted braiding and knotless braiding.
Generally, the intensity of nodules without nodules is higher than that of nodules with nodules.
Knot and node head must be fixed firmly, must not move, avoid the increase of mesh size and uneven edge length.
